How do I search for products?

There are two ways of finding products on www.4servis.co.uk. You can browse the site using the navigation or search for specific products by using the search bar, located top right. You can search and order online as described below. Alternatively you can order over the phone by calling 0844 55 72 510

How to browse our catalogue

• * Click your Servis appliance from the navigation on the home page
• * Click the required sub-section image tile(s) or text link(s)
• * Click the product you are interested in from the product list

How to use the search facility

You can also use the search bar to look for specific products, models or parts. Simply enter the name of the part or your model number into the search bar. Next, click the "GO" button and this will display all the products that match your chosen search query.

The fitting of spares must be undertaken by a technically competent person

Using the shopping basket

Once you’ve found the right product, click the "Add to Basket" button - this adds the item to your shopping basket.

In the basket you have the following options:

• * Select the required quantity from the drop down list.
• * Select Standard or Next Day delivery method, if in stock.
• * Remove an item should you choose not to purchase it.

Also note that the running total figure update as you make changes.

After adding a product to your basket you can choose to either continue shopping to browse more products or proceed to the checkout to complete your order by clicking the 'Secure Checkout' button.

You will notice that the price has now been added to the Mini Shopping Basket which is visible at the top right of most pages, this is where "cookies" play their part in keeping track of your order.

You may now browse our products further to find more items to add to your basket or you may continue to the next ordering phase by clicking on the "Go To Checkout button".

Completing your order

When you click on the "Secure Checkout" button, you will be taken to the Checkout screen. This screen contains your order information and full order costs including delivery and handling charges.

• * Credit/Debit Card Details
